Step One: Contact our Property Manager at (601) 483-9275 to come explore one of our great, available properties. We offer a variety of floor plans you can choose. Step Two: If you are interested in renting one of our units, you’ll need to bring a completed & signed Rental Application along with a $50 application fee for each applicant to our Property Manager. A Rental Application can be downloaded and printed by clicking on the form displayed on the right. You can also come by our office and obtain one from our Property Manager. Please be sure to complete the Rental Application in its entirety. Step Three: Once your credit report and Rental Application have been reviewed and approved, a security deposit of $500.00 plus the first month’s rent will be collected from you. A Rental Lease Agreement will also need to be signed by all parties. Our leases run for 12 months from the date of the lease. Step Four: Once all the paperwork and required fees have been collected, keys to your new home will be given to you and you will be on your way to a great relationship with McRae Realty!
